Once your property is accepted into our program, we select & place a Residential Staging Manager (RSM) in your home with attractive furniture and décor that will accentuate the unique design and personality of your home. We then have a professional interior designer stage and decorate your property turning it into a beautiful Model Home. We add a touch of “life,” by placing a RSM in the home. It gives your home the added dimension of "life" which is a crucial ingredient to attracting higher offers and maintaining the staging of the property. The RSM takes on the responsibility of utilities, routine lawn care, pool maintenance, snow and ice concerns, and keeping the home clean and orderly at all times. This lowers your holding costs and insures great showings!
