When we begin, we start preparing the home for a Resident Staging Manager (RSM) to move in.  This involves cleaning, inspection and evaluation by our Professional Interior Design Team to personalize our services for the home.

We also immediately begin the process of matching furnishings to the home and selecting a qualified and trained RSM that owns the furniture and décor that are a match to your vacant home. 

 

The RSM will reside there, furnish, care for, and present your home in “Model Home” condition at all times.  The RSM adds the touch of “life” dimension that truly transforms a house into a home. 

When an RSM is matched, they move in & the transformation begins!

As soon as the RSM is moved in, our Professional Interior Design Team goes to work to place the furniture and décor creating an attractive and beautifully furnished environment that is both more secure and marketable!
