Beautiful Luxury Homes!

RSMs enjoy a very luxurious lifestyle for a very affordable cost of living.

Some of the added amenities an MHA home may have include things such as pools, hot tubs, saunas, gourmet kitchens, home theaters and wine cellars.

Our Resident Staging Managers (RSMs) provide furnishings and maintain the staging of our MHA managed properties.  Although much is asked of you and your family in how we expect you to keep the home, we offer you an amazing quality of life at a tremendous savings

Upscale Sought After Neighborhoods & Gated Communities!

Many homes are in gated communities, located in golf course subdivisions, have mountain, city or water views.  Some homes are located on the water with water access.

Since the properties are upscale they are usually in the most desirable and sought after neighborhoods.

Amazingly Low Cost of Living!

In exchange for maintaining a Model Home environment, you will have the privilege of living a home that typically would cost you 2-10 times as much if you were renting or paying a mortgage on the same home!

Short Term or Ongoing Options!

Short term assignment or short term housing need?

MHA offers a perfect solution to use your own furniture and belongings or rent furniture to stage a MHA home rather than pay for an extended stay hotel or store your furniture between homes.

When the home you are managing is sold, MHA assists you with locating another MHA home to manage and helps you get relocated and repeat the decorating process.

If you desire to move at any time on your own, we simply require a 30 day notice to begin a search for a replacement RSM when you move out.

SOME COMMON REASONS TO CONSIDER BECOMING AN RSM:

Cutting costs, but not lifestyle!

VALUE = More Home - Less Money!

Military

Residency

Retirement

Limited Term Assignments

Relocation

Divorce or Separation

Sold a home & between homes temporarily

Waiting to buy when the economy stabilizes

Travel for work and need a second location

Have been downsized and need to downsize your budget

Moving and want to test the area before buying

Don’t want to sign a long term commitment

Don’t want to put your furniture in storage

THE PROCESS:

You will begin by meeting with an MHA Account Manager and talking about your interests, concerns, needs and furnishings.

During the interview you and the account manager will go over the expectations and qualifications that are necessary to be a MHA RSM.

Once you decide this is something you would like to do, your Account Manager will then take pictures of your furniture.

Your application will also be submitted and processed by MHA.

Then you will be matched up with homes that your furniture will be appropriate for.

We also weigh your input for location and amenities you would like to have.

We will then send you a list of homes and pictures of them.

After you review them, your Account Manager will take you to see the homes you would like to consider before making a choice.

Once you select a home, we will contact the Home Owner and Realtor to let them know about our matching you to the home.

Once they agree the match process is complete!

You will then schedule your move-in.

The Resident Staging Manager Agreement will be signed and we will walk you through a check list of things to do prior to move in.

We will also prepare the home for you to move in.

When you move in, the MHA Interior Designer will schedule to come and place your furniture, hang your pictures, mirrors and place your décor to stage the home.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

Qualifications to become an RSM include having nice furniture and decor to complement the home that you will qualify for.  In some cases, rental furniture is acceptable if approved by MHA.

Your furniture will determine the homes that are a fit for you.

You will work with an MHA Account Manager to find the home that is the right fit for you and the home owner.

In addition to becoming a caretaker of the property, you will also have to live a very strict lifestyle of having your home in Model Home condition everyday.

The home will be available for Realtors to schedule showings 7 days a week from 9 – 6.

You are an extension of the home owner and their Realtor as a representative of MHA.

When a Realtor calls to schedule a showing, do your best to have the lights turned on and the home as inviting as possible for them.

We try our best to vacate the home during a showing.  Of course there will be times when this isn’t possible and that is fine, just let the Realtor know you will be there and they will still use the lockbox to enter the home.  This protects you and also keeps things on a professional level.

This program is not for everyone.

This is in no way a lease or a rental program.

No Pets.

No Smoking inside the house.

We are seeking private contractors who can perform a service in exchange for attractive reduced costs of living in this luxurious lifestyle.

We are seeking those who keep a very clean home naturally.

Typically people who like to have a place for everything and keep things in their place find that this is a lifestyle that requires little effort.

Please note: Model Homes of America does not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation.  We do have strict standards that must be met to qualify and those standards are applied to all individuals seeking to become an MHA Resident Staging Manager
